Shipping & Refund Policy

All orders above ₹3,999 qualify for free standard shipping across India. For orders below this threshold, shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Orders placed on NOURA are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are often dispatched the same day; orders after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

Once dispatched, deliveries typically arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on your exact location and courier availability. We ship pan-India through our logistics partner Shiprocket.

For an exact estimate to your address, use the "Check delivery time" tool on any product page — enter your pincode to see real-time courier availability and expected delivery date.

All timelines are estimates and may vary during sale periods or national holidays. You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any item.

We do not offer replacements or refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent items. Please inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery.

In the rare event a refund is approved by NOURA (for example, a duplicate charge or payment error), it will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
