Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy

All orders above ₹2,999 qualify for free standard shipping across India. For orders below this threshold, shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Orders placed on NOURA are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are often dispatched the same day; orders after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

Once dispatched, deliveries typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier operations. We currently ship across India and are working to expand our delivery reach.

All timelines are estimates and may vary during sale periods or national holidays. You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of order placement, provided the order has not already been dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene standards, returns are not accepted for opened or used items.

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent items are always eligible — see below.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear unboxing proof (photos or video). WhatsApp us at +91 77990 09909 with your order number and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
