1. About Us

NOURA Korean Skincare is an e-commerce store operated in India. GST Number: 33EKTPR0670E1ZX.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product packaging may vary slightly from what is displayed.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking through our secure payment gateway, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.

For prepaid orders, payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. For Cash on Delivery orders, the full order value must be paid in cash to the delivery agent at the time of delivery. A non-refundable Cash on Delivery handling fee of ₹100 applies to every COD order and is shown to you before you confirm the order.

COD availability depends on your delivery pincode and is confirmed at checkout. We may contact you by phone to verify a COD order before dispatch, and we reserve the right to decline COD for any order. If a COD order is refused at delivery or cannot be delivered after reasonable attempts, we reserve the right to decline future COD orders for that customer.

4. Shipping

We ship to addresses within India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Shipping & Returns policy for eligibility criteria and the process for returns. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Authenticity Guarantee

All products sold by NOURA are 100% authentic and sourced from authorised distributors. If you receive a product you believe to be inauthentic, contact us immediately at hello@nourakoreanskincare.com.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of NOURA or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

NOURA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu.
